Shutdown begins. The hall is already alive. Teams are queuing with folders, helmets, and harnesses.
And then you hear the standard line: 'We started filled these out yesterday. Even on the night shift. To have less work in the morning.'
The system is so heavy that people have to bypass it with logistics. The night shift becomes a 'paper factory.'
The result? The day starts with a queue, not work. Every plan change requires another round of signatures and running around.
Paper doesn't update itself. And the plant changes every hour.
