We target the InnerWeb® system to large manufacturing plants and industrial combines with hundreds to thousands of employees. We focus on mobility, enabling workers to perform daily tasks anywhere without a computer from an application that includes everything they need to get written orders, authorize particularly hazardous work, report an emergency or unsafe site, conduct an inspection with a task list, review documentation at a location, or locate equipment or people on their team at the plant.
The system monitors immobility and alerts you when a dangerous situation arises or when outside workers leave a particularly hazardous work site unattended. This and much more is possible with our asset performance monitoring system, which relies on a dense network of iBeacon BLE transmitters to provide location information. Installation of the InnerWeb® system is quick and safe – installation work is done without stopping the production process. Within a week, we can launch the first processes and transform the industrial plant into a smart factory with a human-centered system in line with Industry 5.0.
We introduce advances in work organization and process management in factories, industrial plants, production lines and many other places. We offer licensed micro-navigation technology that, based on Bluetooth beacons, provides average accuracy in a facility of less than 1m, with extreme location readings of more than 2 m in less than 10% of cases.
