When the 'dispatcher' stops being a human... and becomes an automated process.
In lone worker immobility detection systems, there was always a weak point: the person at the dispatch center.
That's why we are introducing a change: the dispatcher is no longer a security guard. The dispatcher is an AI Agent—#InnerMan—connected to an automatic VoIP dialer.
What it gives in practice: -> Executes the immobility alarm procedure without delay, -> Ability to call multiple people simultaneously, -> Can 'save' up to 1 minute in communication with the response team, -> Eliminates the risk of the entire safety system depending on a single person on duty.
Starting February 2026, we are launching pilots with our clients.
