6:21 AM — three teams enter the plant. On the map, I immediately see three active tasks, each with a different permit type and risk set.

Team 1: Hot work — welding near a pipeline and cutting a structural element. Team 2: Work at height — a lift by the hall facade. Team 3: Machine repair — waiting for my 'start' signal.

During the day, I check the view a few times: • What is active and where, • What type of work and risks apply, • Who is assigned to the task, • Any work conflicts in the same area.

At 3:30 PM, I close two permits, while one remains for tomorrow. By the end of the day, the map is clear with closed statuses.

Such a day is calm not because nothing is happening—but because everything is visible online.
