How to speed up the daily procedures of repeatedly signing various documents and permits?
In the workplace, especially one where the work is particularly dangerous, every day an employee has to sign a lot of documents. Despite advances in digitization, bureaucracy is still at the level of years ago and consumes a lot of time. What can be done to streamline these procedures and avoid wasting time on piles of documents? It’s high time to automate daily processes, minimize bureaucracy, and allocate the saved time to productive work.
SOLUTION
A number of features of the InnerWeb system allow required documents to be uploaded to the application. Issuing mobile work permits, generating risk assessments, reporting failures and much more – all of this is done through the app without having to print any documents. Confirmation of document reading also takes place in the app thanks to a mobile biometric signature.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The biometric signature is performed by swiping a finger across the screen of the mobile device.
At InnerWeb, authorization of all authorizations and documents is done in two stages, i.e. by acting on one’s own password-protected account and through a mobile biometric signature. This applies to the approval of various activities by an employee in the system.
In cooperation with the Polish Forensic Association, the entire InnerWeb team worked on the process of authenticating and identifying signatures. We provided a number of necessary materials – legible signatures, paraphrases, as well as attempts to make an imitation of another person’s signature. Based on the timing of the signature, the strength of the finger, as well as its shape and other characteristics, we are able to verify whether it is the actual signature of a person.
Today, thanks to InnerWeb, daily paperwork takes much less time.
Any employee can authorize maintenance, repair or upgrade work in seconds. He affixes his signature in just a few seconds. All this can be done anywhere. This undoubtedly reduces the time for issuing and approving necessary documents, which previously had to be printed and signed by hand.
